Internal Smallbore Pipework
Using urinals, sinks, dishwashers, washing machines, coffee machines etc. all contribute to build ups of soaps, fats and scale within your internal smallbore pipework. By having them regularly maintained this can significantly reduce the risk of blockages and keep your pipes free running between services.
We use our specialist mechanical cleaning methods where possible preventing the need for using corrosive chemicals.
Soil Laterals and Stackpipes
Starting from your toilets through to your soil stack pipes and out to the connection to your first drain manhole we’ve got it covered with our large mechanical coring machines.
Regular maintenance of these pipes is highly recommended due to the build up of scale that occurs that can cause nasty surprises such as blocked and overflowing toilets.
Flat Roofs, Gutters & Downpipes
Flat roofs can build up a collection of leaves, rubbish etc. which often gets washed into gutters and downpipes by bad weather. This can cause blockages in your guttering system and sometimes internal ingress of water to your building.
We recommend having flat roofs and the gutters/downpipes regularly checked and cleared of any dirt and debris to prevent problems which can be more expensive to resolve once the damage has been done.
High Pressure Water Jetting
Your drains can build up fat and soil deposits as well as water scale simply from the minerals in your water.
Having a pre-planned schedule to clean and de-scale external soil and surface drains is the best way to ensure a free flow out to your local authority main drain connection.
We can assess your business needs and recommend the frequency that your drains should be serviced.
No Dig Drain Re-Lining
No-dig relining is the quickest and most cost-effective way to repair a damaged drain. It involves installing a lining which bonds to the inside of the pipe so that the integrity of the drain is restored with minimum disruption to your business.
Drain Replacement/Excavation
When drain re-lining isn’t an option (for example, due to major collapse) then we can offer full excavation and replacement of the pipework affected.
We can also offer replacement of broken and damaged manhole covers, gullies, aco drains or any other part of your drainage system.
