When they block it’s important that you can call a reliable service that can send you a trained experienced engineer to quickly solve your problem allowing you to continue with your day.
The price we quote is the price you pay, there’s no call out charge, we will quote you an hourly rate which covers manual methods, high pressure jetting and internal pipework machining. It’s very unusual for a domestic issues to take more than an hour to resolve but we will keep you informed as we work and are always fair so we won’t charge you a second hour for just an extra 5/10 minutes.

Home Buyers Survey
Buying a new home can be daunting and surveys rarely cover what the surveyor can’t see.
You need to know what you’re buying and what costs you may incur in repairs. Both old and modern properties can suffer problems – older properties are more susceptible to tree root invasion but newer properties could just as easily suffer from badly laid drains and damage due to further building work.
TLC Drainage Solutions can conduct a full CCTV survey of your drains in your new home and advise on any potential problems which can be repaired to prevent nasty surprises.
And we don’t ask you to just take our word for it either, your CCTV survey comes complete with a full written report and recording of the footage.
